Mr. Boyken has been active in the construction industry since 1970. His experience includes development and management of resort, commercial, transportation, infrastructure and higher education projects in the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America and the United Kingdom. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Boyken provides consulting services both nationally and internationally.
Barry D. Stein has been active in the construction industry since 1984. His areas of expertise are project management, planning and critical path method (CPM) scheduling, construction management, contract administration, and cost estimating. His projects include correctional facilities and courthouses, educational buildings, recreational facilities, parking garages, hotels and resorts, casinos, convention centers, hospitals and healthcare facilities, urban and residential developments, laboratories, office buildings, churches, and airports. Barry provides consulting services both nationally and internationally.
Throughout his career, Edward has been a general contractor, construction manager, program manager and owner’s representative on both design-build and design-bid-build projects. His skills also include site planning, safety engineering, public relations, value engineering, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, transportation engineering and interior design. In addition to working on turn-key and tenant build-out projects, Edward’s projects include golf courses and sports fields, healthcare facilities, resorts and casinos, office buildings, manufacturing plants and infrastructure in the United States and the Caribbean.

Lee Folkins’ work as a contractor, project manager, project engineer, cost analyst, cost engineer, project controls manager and chief estimator offers invaluable expertise to our team and clients. He proactively contributes to the resolution of potential problems before they impact the project. Providing professional support to project teams involved in the design, construction, and operation of facilities, and the related infrastructure found in most modern cities. Including hotels, resorts, casinos, port facilities, airports, power generation, municipal buildings, housing, utilities, roads, schools, churches, mosques, and more.
HOTEL PIP MANAGER
Shane Campbell is a United States Air Force veteran and has been in the construction management industry since 2004. He has an extensive background in commercial and residential new build construction working directly for General Contractors. He has also represented owners with hotel development and construction along with hotel PIP renovations on full service, select service, as well as brand conversions. In his role as Project Manager at DRB Development Solutions, Shane focuses on teamwork to ensure strategy, scheduling, and budgets stay aligned. He has lead his teams through design, construction, contracts, scheduling, budgets and more. His projects include hotels, apartment buildings, office buildings, churches, daycare centers, and custom homes.
Leslie Linton offers a wealth of business development knowledge to the DRB team. Her expertise spans corporate, healthcare, hospitality, education, government and technology fields. With a strong foundation in direct sales and her dynamic perspective of identifying customer needs, Leslie effortlessly translates the scope of work into a project contract. Emphasizing on increasing revenues for her clients and establishing growth for the future.
