25 May DRB News: Hampton Inn & Suites Opens in Popular Dunwoody Business/Shopping District

Atlanta, GA (May 25, 2016) – Atlanta-based DRB Consulting, LLC. (DRB) successfully managed the construction of the Hampton Inn & Suites for Hotel Development Partners (HDP).  The hotel is located at 4565 Ashford Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody’s popular business/shopping district and will be operated by Hotel Equities (HE).

DRB is a construction program management firm that provides in-depth advisory to hotel, resort and casino owners, lenders and developers. As Owner’s Representative and Project Manager of the 132-key hotel, DRB led the team to successful completion. “This modern-upscale property is one of the first Hilton products open with this design,” said Don Boyken, Chief Executive Officer at DRB, “we are very excited to have successfully led the project team.”

The Project also included a precast parking deck for Sterling Pointe Office Complex, a Corner Bakery Cafe, Sleep Number Mattress Store and two more retail outparcels.
