DRB Consulting, LLC is designed as a resource for business leaders and/or project teams to come together and focus on establishing those key visionary targets that raise companies to the next level and developing the implementation process to achieve the vision targets.

Establishing Boyken International in 1980, Mr. Boyken had a vision to help companies accomplish some of the most dramatic construction programs.  Mr. Boyken’s experience includes assignments in more than 60 countries on 6 Continents.  His vision for Boyken International was to be one of the largest Program Management firms in North America.  Then sell the firm, freeing him to use the expertise gathered from his experience of leading high performance teams to assist companies to improve their performance and reach their visionary goals.
